If there is debris in it, it will seriously affect the operation of the dump truck, so if there is debris, it should be cleaned in time. The last thing is to check whether the skids are in good condition. If they are damaged or aged, they should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the dump truck.

 

In the inspection of dump trucks, we should pay attention to the tire pressure. If the tire pressure is too high or too low, it may cause a puncture. When changing the oil, especially the piston rod of the hydraulic oil should be checked frequently for scratches, damage, etc., if any, replace it in time.

If the vehicle has not been activated for a long time, it needs to be checked in time when it is reactivated, and it can be used only after it is qualified.
