1. Check whether the amount of oil in the hydraulic oil tank is sufficient, otherwise you must add enough oil according to the specified oil grade. At the same time, check whether the manual control valve, air circuit leaks, and the hydraulic system oil circuit leaks.

2. Under no-load conditions, carry out the lifting test according to the operating procedures of the dumping mechanism lifting.

3. During the lifting process, pay attention to check whether the hydraulic cylinder, gear pump, control valve and other components are working normally, such as whether there is jamming or movement during hydraulic lifting. Bounce and abnormal noise, etc.

4. After 8-10 times of no-load lifting test, it is considered to work normally, and the dumping performance can be regarded as good if there is no leakage of oil or gas.
