Yesterday staff visited the factory , with the guidance of technical staff , they studied about dump truck, fuel tanker truck, semi-trailer production workshop. Technical staff explained patiently and the trainees benefited a lot.
After this time of study, the staff have a deeper understanding of the product and how the product being manufactured, not just limited to what they imagined, but real feelings and cognition
I believe that staff will improve their professional qualification in this process.
